In 1959, Henry Wojcik and Ray Clacys decided to leave their secure jobs and start Wayne Bolt & Nut Co. Now over 55 years later, and 3 generations of family, Wayne Bolt continues to run with the same vision as the founders.

From our humble beginnings we have grown from a small fastener distributor to a master distributor and manufacturer of fasteners. Our manufacturing now includes: cold heading, hot heading, screw machining, CNC vertical milling machines and CNC lathes.
